We will be opening our doors on Monday 3rd August to welcome you back. There will be many changes to the way we operate, please see some of these measures below to offer the perfect environment for a safe fitness experience.
The safety of our team and members is our number one priority. Things will look different while we continue to provide our health and fitness experience. We have put in place extensive cleaning protocols and social distancing practices throughout the club. These measures include:Hand sanitiser stations will be located at reception and throughout the gym.Enhanced cleaning schedules to maintain high level of hygiene, particularly across high contact points in the club.Staff members will sanitise equipment after every class.Plastic screens will be in use at reception to protect our members and staff. One way flow system. We will use signage and clear floor markings to help members to remain a safe distance apart. We need to limit the number of members in ALL areas of the club. Reduced class occupancy to allow for social distancing.IMPORTANT:To adhere to Goverment guidelines for gym and leisure facilities, we can only accomadate a limited number of members in the gym at any one time. To give access and keep track of this limited number, we have to implement a booking system allowing members a 1 hour timeslot in the gym. This timeslot MUST be stricktly adhered to. You will be told to leave once your allotted hour is up.
What will be available:Indoor gym facilities.Limited in-house fitness classes, as well as our on-line fitness classes.Personal Training. What will NOT be availableAccess to the changing rooms and shower facilities, except to use the toilet.Social gathering at reception or anywhere in the gym.
